How many people can stay in a vacation rental?
Each apartment has different capacities. You can find this information on our website and booking portals.
Are there parking facilities near the vacation rentals?
All of our apartments have a free parking space for your car!
Are the vacation rentals wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our apartments are not wheelchair accessible. For other limitations, please feel free to contact us.
Are pets allowed in the vacation rentals?
Pets are not allowed. If you have an assistance animal, please contact us.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Generally, check-in is from 3:00 pm to midnight with flexible check-in options.
What is included in the price?
Everything from cleaning to laundry is included. There are no hidden costs in our packages.
How can I make a booking?
You can book our apartments directly through our website.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, instant bank transfer, and more.
Is there Wi-Fi in the vacation rentals?
Yes - all of our apartments have Wi-Fi.
Do the vacation rentals have a kitchen or kitchenette?
Yes - all of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.
Are towels and bed linen provided in the vacation rentals?
Yes - you will receive fresh towels and bed linen for free during your stay.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation is possible up to a certain time before check-in. Cancellation must be made in writing.
The amount of compensation depends on the time until the day of arrival and is as follows:
up to 5 days before the day of arrival 100% of the agreed price
5-1 day before the day of arrival or no-show 0% of the agreed price
2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge 40€ per night after the reservation for every unauthorized guest.
5. Pets are sadly not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards or fobs.
7. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.
8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must please report any property damage.
9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.
