What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-out is usually at 10:00 and check-in from 15:00. An earlier check-in is unfortunately not possible. You can book a late check-out via the guest information folder.

The apartment is fully equipped. Linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided in every apartment. Extra cots and parking can be booked for a small additional fee.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations are possible up to a certain point before check-in.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time remaining until the arrival date and is calculated as follows:
up to 5 days before the arrival date: 0% of the agreed price
5-1 days before the arrival date or no-show: 100% of the agreed price
